Paying someone to search AWDTSG? How to spot a fake before you pay
Last checked September 2026 · Covers AWDTSG search services
Why an “instant AWDTSG scan” can't be real
Picture what a genuine search involves. First, working out which group covers you — there's one per city or region, plus copycat groups using the same name. Then going through that group post by post: your first name, your photo, your job, the comments under other men's posts.
A person doing that carefully needs hours. A website promising it in seconds is skipping every one of those steps — and hoping you won't notice.
Facebook doesn't let bots inside private groups
Posts in these groups are for approved members only. Joining means answering screening questions and being approved by an admin.
Facebook's own terms ban collecting data by automated means. Meta shuts down accounts that do it, often without warning, and it has taken companies to court for running fake accounts to scrape its platforms.
So an “AI” that reads 200 private groups on demand isn't a clever tool. It's a story — told to get you to the checkout.
Some of these groups have more than 90,000 local women in them. Would you hand that search to a bot?
We've already seen what these sites return: we tested one with a photo of a dog, and it still found “possible matches”. The full story is here. The only reliable way to check a Facebook group is the slow way — a real person, in the right group, searching step by step.
7 signs an AWDTSG search is a scam
Any one of these should stop you. Two or more, and you already have your answer.
| Red flag | Why it gives them away |
|---|---|
| They never ask your city | The groups are regional. Without your city, nobody can know which group to search. |
| “All groups” in seconds | Not possible by hand, and not allowed by bot. Either way, it didn't happen. |
| They can't name the group they searched | A real search can tell you exactly where it looked. A fake one talks about “our network”. |
| Blurred matches, pay to reveal | The blur is the sales pitch. There's nothing sharp underneath. |
| Screenshots with no group name or date | Anyone can make an image. Proof shows where and when. |
| Ongoing “monitoring” for a monthly fee | If they can't search a group once, they can't watch 200 of them every day. |
| A guaranteed removal | Only Facebook decides what comes down — and the copyright route is free. |
What a real AWDTSG search looks like
Hold any service to these — ours included.
-
They ask where you live and date
Because the right group depends on it. It's the first question a genuine search needs answered.
-
They find the official group, not a copycat
Copycat groups use the same name. The official groups are listed on the organisation's own website — a real search starts there.
-
A person searches it by hand
Name, photo, workplace, comments. Hours, not seconds — and you're told plainly it's a person.
-
You see proof of the search itself
Screenshots and screen recordings showing the group name and the date — including where nothing turned up. That's what makes “you're clear” mean something.
-
They tell you when they can't reach your group
Groups get renamed, archived or locked. An honest service says so and refunds you for it.
-
One price, no subscription
You need one answer. Not a monthly charge for a “watch” nobody can deliver.
