AWDTSG checker for men: find out if you’re in a group
A real person searches by hand · Answered in hours, not days · 100% confidential
- Men can’t join. Admins screen everyone who asks.
- Groups are regional. Where you’ve dated decides which ones matter.
- Paused groups still hold their old posts.
- We search by name and photo, post by post.
- The Tea App is included, at no extra cost.
Why you can’t just look yourself
There are 182 official AWDTSG groups in the US, with more than 6.8 million combined memberships, and every one of them is private.
And that’s only the official ones. An independent count using Facebook’s own group search in October 2026 found 2,012 groups of this kind, with 14.8 million memberships (people in several groups count more than once). 87% are private, so only members can see the posts.
Facebook search won’t show their posts, and Google can’t either. So a post about you can be read by thousands of women in your city while you have no idea it exists.

Screenshots, links and proof of the groups we searched, plus the Tea App. Answered in hours, not days.
Which AWDTSG groups we search
There’s no single AWDTSG group to check. Each city and region has its own, so the first job is finding every group that covers you:
- Your city’s official group. The main “Are We Dating The Same Guy” group for the area where you live.
- Nearby groups. If you’ve dated in more than one city, or near a border between regions, we search those groups too.
- Copycat groups. Groups that use the same name, or a close one, but aren’t part of the official network.
- Paused groups. A paused group still holds every old post, so we search those as well.
Inside each group, we search by your name, the versions people use, your age and anything else you share, then check every result against your photo. Want to see how big your city’s group is? See every AWDTSG group in the US, by size.
What you get
| Posted | Screenshots, the direct links to the posts, and a step-by-step removal guide. |
| Not posted | A documented “nothing found”, with proof of every group we searched. |
| Either way | 100% confidential. Nobody in the group is told you asked. |
Is an AWDTSG checker legit?
Some are, many aren’t. The groups are private and women-only, so no tool can search them automatically. Before you pay anyone, check for these red flags:
- Results in seconds, or “AI scanning”. Private Facebook groups can’t be scanned by a bot.
- It never asks which city you dated in. Groups are regional, so without your city it can’t know where to look.
- It can’t name the groups it searched. A real search tells you exactly which ones.
- It asks for your Facebook login or password. No real search needs it.
- A monthly fee that’s hard to cancel, or a free trial that quietly turns into one.
A real search is done by a person and shows you which groups it searched. That’s how every Shield Date search works. For the full list of warning signs, see how to spot a fake AWDTSG search.

Common questions about AWDTSG checkers
Some are, many aren’t. A legit search is done by a person, asks which city you dated in, and names the groups it searched. Instant results or a request for your Facebook login are red flags.
Not a reliable one. No free tool can search the groups, because they are private and women-only. The free option is asking a woman you trust in your local group to look for you.
No. The groups are women-only, and admins screen everyone who asks to join. Men can’t see the posts, and neither can Google.
Most big US cities and regions have their own group, plus copycat groups. Tell us the cities where you’ve dated, and we find the groups that cover them.
Yes. A paused group keeps every post it had, and its members can still read them.
Answered in hours, not days, with screenshots and proof of the groups we searched.
You get screenshots, the link to the post and our free AWDTSG removal guide. If your own photo is in it, Facebook’s copyright form is usually the route that works, even in a paused group.
